Bartonella henselae/B. quintana detection in human serum by Immunofluorescence Assay.

The Bartonella serology panel consists of 10 serum samples with a range of positivity to B. henselae and/or B. quintana antibodies.

Proficiency panel for the detection of Bartonella antibodies in human serum.

There is no cost to the participants.

Provincial and regional public health laboratories or hospital laboratories that provide testing for B. henselae or B. quintana in human serum samples. These laboratories could also be from academia or from the private sector provided that they are testing on behalf of the provincial or regional public health laboratories.

Participants are assigned alphanumeric codes which anonymizes their identity.
